Where to Online Shop

When it comes to online shopping it can be a bit scary. Sending out your private details over the internet, not being sure where you're sending them, and is it a safe site. Well with this blog post i hope to help.

I've done a lot of online shopping. You can always find something online that you cant get anywhere else. I'd like to share with you the websites that i have successfully shopped on and therefore deem to me safe.

Books
 http://www.bookdepository.co.uk  - by far my most favorite book site to shop on. Prices can be shown in a number of different currencies, and best of all shipping is free! Shipping to Australia is relatively fast, considering the items are being shipped from the UK. Generally takes 2-3 weeks.

 http://www.amazon.com - Everyone has probably heard of Amazon. I've only ever bought books from there but they sell a wide variety of items. Shipping varies as it is measured on weight of the parcel. If i cant find what i want at The Book Depository i can find it at Amazon.

Makeup
http://www.crushcosmetics.com.au - Crush Cosmetics in an Australian online retailer that sells products that are hard to find here in Australia. I have made many purchases at Crush and will make many more in the future. For those of us in Australia shipping is free after you spend $60. For the International customers, $8 flat rate shipping on orders over $40. Definitely a site to check out.  

http://www.allcosmeticswholesale.com - All Cosmetics Wholesale or ACW is another one of my favorites. ACW sells high end brands at discounted or wholesale prices. They sell brads such as MAC, Dior, YSL Two Faced and the list goes on. You can quite often find items from older collections on ACW that you near impossible to find elsewhere. Shipping to Australia can be quite pricey but there are a number of shipping options available. Shipping to Australia took around 3 weeks.

http://www.asos.com - Another UK based online retailer. Asos sells everything from clothes to makeup. Shipping to Australia took around 2-3 weeks.


http://www.medusasmakeup.com - A great place to buy a variety of colours and glitters. See my previous posts to learn more about Medusa Makeup.

http://www.sleekmakeup.com - Sleek is a UK based brand. They are probably best known for their iDivine Palettes, which are super pigmented for a very reasonable price. I see myself shopping at Sleek to repurchase a number of items.

http://www.strawberrynet.com - Strawberrynet is a Hong Kong based company. Like ACW they sell a number of high end brands cheaper. StrawberryNet also offer free shipping worldwide, and as a loyalty bonus offer a % off depending on how many purchases you have made with them. One thing to be wary of, i have read a number of reviews saying that StrawberryNet were selling fake MAC products, but everything else should be fine.

Nails

http://www.nailetc.com - For those of us in Australia, find China Glaze and a number of other brands can be hard. Nail ETC is a place to find those hard to find polishes. They also sell OPI at a much cheaper price then we can get them for here in Australia. Shipping costs are based on the number of polishes you buy.
